New Mirabel School Project - Institutional Painting

Peintres 180 participated in the construction project of a new school in Mirabel, handling all of the institutional painting work. Working on a new construction site presents its own challenges: coordination with other trades (drywall, electrical, plumbing, flooring), strict adherence to a tight schedule dictated by the start of the school year, and the absolute requirement to deliver an impeccable environment to welcome the students.

Our Work at the New Mirabel School

A school must open on the scheduled date — regardless of any delays from other trades upstream. Our team delivered on time despite a tight schedule.

•        Complete painting of classrooms, hallways, and offices

•        Application of washable finishes in high-traffic areas

•        Painting of the gymnasium with high-durability products

•        Coordination with other trades on the construction site

•        Strict compliance with the delivery schedule before the start of the school year

•        Joint final inspection with the general contractor and the school board
